Services - 2 Accounting support
We specialise in providing interim accounting support as and when you need it. Russell's
extensive experience means that he has almost certaily encountered the issues that you face and his flexible problem-solving

Bookkeeping and accounting
We tailor our services to your own needs, be they regular bookkeeping, quarterly VAT and
management accounting to annual accounts. We will deal with all aspects of accounts preparation. If your business requires
a formal audit we can provide a cost-effective way of preparing working papers ready for an independant firm of auditors to
carry out their work.
Taxation
We can provide a full range of taxation services, helping you to make planning decisions,
for taxation purposes, and then helping you to comply with compliance matters (dealing with taxation returns).
Business start-up
If you have an idea for a business you will also need to consider how to take
this forward. We understand that the "red tape" can seem daunting. We can meet with you for a no-obligation meeting at no
charge to discuss your ideas. We can consider the structure of the business (limited company, sole trader or partnership),
whether the business will require finance and what information you will need to produce to obtain this. When the issues have
been fully considered, we can assist you with business planning and the necessary registering of the business.
